Join the Lismore Regional Gallery, Lismore Library, Rekindling the Spirit, Northern Rivers Community Healing Hub, and Lismore Produce Market at the Lismore Quad, for their second instalment of this festive event celebrating the vibrancy of Lismore’s art and cultural scene.

Based in and around the Quad, the Markets will include food offerings from Lismore Produce Market, activities for everyone to enjoy, and a chance to stock up on all the supplies you need for the festive season. The Quad will be brimming with activities for the whole family, from a local art market, to live music, public art, food, cultural weaving, collage club, storytelling and more. This collaborative event is a great way for community to gather and celebrate the ending another year together here in Lismore.

Program
The Very Merry Art Market (3-7pm)
Featuring stalls from Lismore’s favourite local artists this is the perfect place to get a thoughtful gift that gives back. From jewellery to ceramics, bags, shirts and artwork, there will be something for everyone.

Give the Gift of Reading (3-7pm)
The Lismore Library is celebrating Christmas with a 'Give the gift of reading' stall. Choose from a large range of free books and gift wrap your choice for someone special.

Northern Rivers Healing Hub (3-7pm)
Join the Northern Rivers Healing Hub at the Quad for weaving lead by Aunty Tania and Vashti Easton Wright, free massage and body work, and Clay Play.

For Our Elders (3-7pm)
Rekindling the Spirit will hold a space for Elders to gather, relax, and enjoy the music, weaving, and activities amidst the bustle of the markets.

Storytelling (4-5pm)
Find a book and stay for a story. Local storyteller Leanne Logan will share a wonderful equinox story about a boy who loved the sea. Find a comfy place to sit and enjoy a wonderful storytelling experience.

Collage Club (4-6pm)
Gather under the gallery awning for a special Very Merry Market version of the Collage Club! We will be making last-minute Christmas cards for friends and family with collage. Free, all materials provided.

Our Backyard Music Series (6-7.30pm)
Kicking off at 6pm the Quad brings the last Backyard Music show for 2023, presenting Belle Frankie. Bring a picnic blanket and dancing shoes and enjoy this free, family friendly concert.
