Creature Feature - POSTPONED

Event Photo

Due to new restrictions introduced on the 7th January and the surge in COVID cases in NSW we have had to make the unfortunate decision to postpone Creature Feature on the 14th January. If you have already purchased a ticket we will be in touch to see if you’d like a reimbursement or would prefer to hold onto your ticket for the revised date. Apoogies for any inconvenience.

Calling all wild creatures – come dance and create with us!

During the January Summer holidays, Lismore Regional Gallery and The Quad have partnered to bring you Creature Feature - an afternoon & evening filled with revelry for kids and their families on Friday the 14th Jan 2022.

Bring your wild creatures down and throw yourself into an afternoon of creating cardboard costumery followed by a dance party to parade your creations and dance with wild abandon!
From 3.30pm join Peggy Popart for a gallery tour and create headdresses and masks from cardboard, inspired by Deborah Kelly's exhibition ‘Creation’.

And from 5.30pm - 7pm the dance party will kick off outside, where the wild things can dance to their heart’s content with their very own DJ in their magical creature inspired costumes.
